Ohio

When I first found out that I was pregnant, I panicked. I started googling all over the place. I stumbled upon 2 really good pregnancy website(actually three). Whattoexpect.com Pregnancyweekly.com and Babycenter.com. Well both WTE and PW had really good forums, so I joined in late January early Feb and never looked back. I have made some really good friend on this website, and it was really fun to have women to talk to about what was going on with my pregnancy and life, as they were going through the same things. Well...the women on PW came up with a back up board and put it on Cafemom.com so we mingled over there and have been chatting ever since. Well...recently we decided that we wanted to do a meet up right before all of our sweatpeas (name of the group is September sweatpeas) turn 1. Well....Ohio was the choice. So Myles and I will be going to Ohio for a weekend. With all that has been going on with my life, I need that break. Everything was previously paid for...and Im ready for that little sigh of relief. Im also really excited to actually meet these women. They have gotten me through some really tough times, and I would love to put the stories with a real live face. Im excited!

Well my mom of course thinks it's not a really good idea for me to be going on a trip with women that I haven't met. My mom has personal issues and really big trust issues, she really doesn't trust anyone. so of course she thinks Im really stupid for even considering going on this trip. My only issue is back up money. I really won't be taking any back up money with me(because I don't have it). Im also a little scared because I have never been out of IL by myself, let alone with my son. But its just for a weekend, and Im sure that I am going to have fun. Plus Ohio is not that far from IL, so in case of a really big emergency it would only take a couple of hours for Ola to come and get us. But I know nothing like that will even happen. We are going to have such a good time that Im going to look up and notice that its Sunday, and hate that the time passed so quickly. So...Friday we go to OHIO.
